This robust 38″ x 55″ backboard features a 12 gauge steel shell, finished with a crisp white powdercoat and an integrated orange target for clear visibility. Its construction includes an integral reinforcing steel channel on the reverse side, providing superior board support and simplifying mounting. While the rebound characteristics of steel differ from glass, the material's inherent sturdiness ensures this is the strongest backboard available for rugged playground use. The backboard is equipped with keyhole slots positioned at 20″ vertically by 35″ horizontal centers, allowing for direct mounting to posts. This design also facilitates goal replacement without the need to remove the entire board. Reinforced mounting points, including two safety mount holes, work to reduce vibration during play. Compatible with both Gooseneck and Straight-Arm Posts, it features a 5″ x 4 1/2″ hole spacing and is suitable for both indoor and outdoor installations, backed by a 10-Year Limited Warranty.

What if my product is damaged?

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, even damage to the box, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If you’re unable to open the package during delivery but suspect damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to info@joysportstore.com  and we will process a replacement or compensation.

How do I know when my order will ship?

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email confirmation credit card authorization and shipping/billing information.
