We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Order Cancellation
If you change your mind after 24h or after the order has been processed, you will have to pay for the shipping back, and then there will be a 30% refund fee.
Free cancellation is only possible if the order is not yet processed.
Damages and issues
Customers are required to notify JoySportStore immediately upon discovering any freight damage. All instances of damage must be clearly noted on the Proof of Delivery (POD) at the time the item is received. Additionally, customers must submit clear photographic and/or video documentation of the damage or defect, including images of the packaging, especially if it shows visible signs of damage.
Failure to follow these procedures will result in the denial of returns, exchanges, or any requests for parts replacement or repair
Minor Damage
In cases of minor damage or partial defects in the received order, the store will provide repair or replacement of the damaged part.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
