Spinshot AC Main Power Module

Every new Spinshot ball machine is assembled with quality-control checks at each step and is warranted by the manufacturer to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the date of purchase for personal use. For commercial or club use the warranty is limited to one year.

Parts with their own coverage

• Batteries purchased directly from Spinshot — 3 months from the date of purchase
• Battery, service wheels and towing wheels — 6 months of coverage
• Demo machines bought from Spinshot Sports or its authorized eBay seller — full 1-year warranty with the order receipt

How it works: any part that proves defective in material or workmanship within the warranty period is repaired or replaced with a new or functionally operative part. Coverage is available to the original customer only and the order receipt is required as proof of purchase. If the fix is a simple part replacement, Spinshot ships the new part with technical support for installation; if the machine must come back to the service center, the customer pays shipping to Spinshot and Spinshot covers the repair and domestic return shipping. Warranty service ships to US addresses.

Not covered: damage from misuse, unauthorized disassembly, neglect, alteration, accidents, tampering, abuse, fire, flood or other casualty; failure to follow the operating instructions in the user manual; and damage caused by using circuits or voltages other than those stated in the manual.
