In short

The Bownet Strike Counter is a pitcher's training system that combines a 9-spot pitching target, a hanging net, and a sonic radar speed detector to track pitch location, count, and velocity. It reads speeds from 20-95 mph within 1 mph accuracy and can be set for 45 ft., 50 ft., or 60 ft. 6 in. pitching distances. The target and net attach to a Bownet 7 ft. x 7 ft. Big Mouth frame, which is sold separately.

The Bownet Strike Counter gives pitchers and coaches the data needed to build a structured training program. The set includes a 9-spot pitching target pad, a net, and a sonic radar ball speed indicator on a stand, all designed to work together for tracking pitch count, location, and speed.

The target and net are hung on a Bownet Sports 7 ft. x 7 ft. frame (sold separately), with a radar gun positioned behind the setup to capture velocity from the pitcher's release point. The radar detector uses patented sonic technology accurate within 1 mph and can be programmed for 45 ft., 50 ft., or 60 ft. 6 in. distances, covering Little League through college and minor league levels.

The detector runs on 6 AA batteries (not included) for up to 60 hours of use, and a roller case is included for transporting the unit to and from the field. Two configurations are available: Strike Counter with Frame and Strike Counter and Net, depending on whether a 7x7 frame is already on hand.

Warranty

Bownet Sports warrants brand-new products purchased from Bownet or an authorized dealer within the USA against manufacturing defects, with replacement shipping to the United States only. Coverage runs as follows:

1 year – Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty on nets, frames and training products; covers manufacturing defects only.
1 year – Commander Series bags (manufacturing defects on Commander bags only).
6 months – carrying bags and roller bags.
+1 year Extended Warranty – optional, must be purchased together with the product; available for sports nets and goals only, and does not cover frame damage caused by abuse or improper use.

Bownet supplies replacement parts for all manufacturing defects; if a part is no longer available, a like product of the same SKU as on the original receipt is provided. Damaged or missing parts should be replaced promptly to keep the product covered.

Not covered: normal wear and tear, abuse, accident damage or damage from dragging the product; equipment left set up unattended, overnight or for extended periods in inclement weather; nets used for a sport other than the one they were designed for; and commercial use — Bownet nets are engineered to be portable, not for commercial installations. Discontinued Shadow bags are excluded. As an authorized Bownet dealer, JoySportStore helps you file warranty claims directly with the manufacturer.
