The Douglas #420 Knotless Pylon Netting is a durable yet lightweight barrier netting made from knotless polypropylene, treated to resist moisture and sunlight for reliable outdoor and indoor use. With a 1-1/2 in. square mesh and 125 lb. break strength, it's built for low-impact netting applications rather than high-impact ball containment.

The netting comes finished with a 1-1/2 in. vinyl tape border, double sewn with reinforced vinyl-coated polyester for added strength and a clean appearance. Heavy-duty brass grommets spaced 18 in. along the top allow for easy mounting, with additional grommets available on request.

This netting is recommended for divider applications on indoor and outdoor tennis and pickleball courts, hockey arena barrier netting, and ballpark netting to protect spectators and amenities. It is available in black, with a white version also offered for indoor use only.

Douglas Industries, Inc. (Eldridge, Iowa) backs its equipment with the Douglas® Standard Limited Warranty against defects in material and factory workmanship. Coverage length depends on the product line — where a specific period is listed above, that period applies to this model. Douglas warranty periods run as follows:

Limited Lifetime – gooseneck basketball posts with 6' extension.
25 years – gooseneck basketball posts with 4' extension.
10 years – gooseneck posts with 3' extension; pro-rated structural warranty on Bakko and steel/aluminum backboards (1 year on the Imron® finish); selected post and net systems.
7 years – Douglas® MAX batting tunnel frames (with proper installation and normal use).
5 years – standard Douglas® batting tunnel frames, most tennis / volleyball / pickleball post systems and Premier™ posts; 5-year fade warranty on Sunbrella® canvas.
4 years – VCP MAX windscreen mesh, #420 knotless pylon netting and other netting lines; fabrics are warranted pro-rata for 3–4 years against material defects and poor workmanship.
3 years – selected fabric and netting products.
2 years – selected hardware and padding.
1 year – accessories, replacement parts and paint / finish coverage.

Digital printing on windscreen and vinyl products carries the same warranty as the underlying windscreen or vinyl material.

Not covered: improper installation, use other than intended, unauthorized alterations, abuse or misuse, normal wear, and damage from fire, flood, wind, lightning or leaving products outdoors beyond their intended seasonal use.
