The Douglas Premium Knotless Polypropylene HTPP netting is constructed from high tenacity polypropylene (Pylon) fibers, offering strong durability for high impact applications. The 4 inch square mesh and 3.0 mm twine diameter combine to deliver a 250 lb. break strength, while the material is treated and extruded for maximum weather and UV resistance.

This netting is offered with a choice of border finishing: a 1/4 inch solid braid sewn rope border for a clean, easy-to-install look, or a 1-1/2 inch vinyl tape border that is double sewn with reinforced vinyl-coated polyester and fitted with heavy-duty brass grommets spaced 18 inches apart along the top. Both options reinforce the shape and strength of the netting for demanding barrier applications.

Douglas Industries, Inc. (Eldridge, Iowa) backs its equipment with the Douglas® Standard Limited Warranty against defects in material and factory workmanship. Coverage length depends on the product line — where a specific period is listed above, that period applies to this model. Douglas warranty periods run as follows:

Limited Lifetime – gooseneck basketball posts with 6' extension.
25 years – gooseneck basketball posts with 4' extension.
10 years – gooseneck posts with 3' extension; pro-rated structural warranty on Bakko and steel/aluminum backboards (1 year on the Imron® finish); selected post and net systems.
7 years – Douglas® MAX batting tunnel frames (with proper installation and normal use).
5 years – standard Douglas® batting tunnel frames, most tennis / volleyball / pickleball post systems and Premier™ posts; 5-year fade warranty on Sunbrella® canvas.
4 years – VCP MAX windscreen mesh, #420 knotless pylon netting and other netting lines; fabrics are warranted pro-rata for 3–4 years against material defects and poor workmanship.
