Douglas Divider Netting creates a barrier between courts in tennis, pickleball, and multi-sport facilities, allowing better ball control while maintaining ventilation and visibility during uninterrupted play. The netting is custom-fabricated from knotless Pylon material to match each facility's required dimensions, with standard heights of 10 ft. or 12 ft. and custom heights available upon request.
Two netting options are offered: #420 Knotless Pylon with 1-1/2 in. square mesh and 125 lb. break strength, or Premium HTPP Polypropylene with 1-3/4 in. square mesh and 250 lb. break strength, both available in black or white. Black netting is weather-treated to withstand UV exposure and moisture for outdoor use, while white netting is intended for indoor applications only.
Perimeters are finished with 1-1/2 in. double-sewn vinyl-coated polyester tape borders, and heavy-duty brass grommets are spaced every 18 in. along the top for attachment to a tension cable system. Indoor installations typically include a 12 in. high solid vinyl kickplate (with 18 in. VCP mesh or 24 in. netting options available) to add rigidity and prevent balls from sliding underneath, while outdoor nets feature a weighted leaded rope in the bottom hem for stability in windy conditions.
