The Douglas Indoor or Outdoor Pickleball Court Divider System is a permanent, custom-tailored solution ideal for new construction or facilities where ground excavation is possible. Each system uses 2-7/8 in. OD, 8-gauge steel in-ground support poles measuring 66 in. in length to achieve a 4-foot above-ground height, finished with a black baked-on powder coat for rust resistance and durability. Poles can be ordered up to 4 ft. 6 in. above ground, and 24 in. aluminum ground sleeves are recommended for installation.

Divider panels are available in either VCP MAX windscreen mesh, offering an 85% windbreak and a 4-year limited warranty in black, dark green, or open tournament blue, or #420 knotless polypropylene pylon netting with a 1-1/2 in. square mesh, 125 lb. break strength, and the same 4-year limited warranty. Both panel types feature a sewn top headband pocket that conceals tension hardware along with reinforced 1-1/2 in. solid vinyl tape borders and evenly spaced #2 brass grommets for clean, easy installation.

The tension cable system is built entirely from galvanized steel, including 1/4 in. cable, cable clamps, turnbuckles, and attachment hardware for maximum strength and longevity. Maximum recommended panel length is 40 feet for optimal stability, though custom extended lengths are available upon request. Optional wraparound pole padding, 4 ft. high and 17 in. wide, is available for added player safety.

Douglas Industries, Inc. (Eldridge, Iowa) backs its equipment with the Douglas® Standard Limited Warranty against defects in material and factory workmanship. Coverage length depends on the product line — where a specific period is listed above, that period applies to this model. Douglas warranty periods run as follows:

Limited Lifetime – gooseneck basketball posts with 6' extension.
25 years – gooseneck basketball posts with 4' extension.
10 years – gooseneck posts with 3' extension; pro-rated structural warranty on Bakko and steel/aluminum backboards (1 year on the Imron® finish); selected post and net systems.
7 years – Douglas® MAX batting tunnel frames (with proper installation and normal use).
5 years – standard Douglas® batting tunnel frames, most tennis / volleyball / pickleball post systems and Premier™ posts; 5-year fade warranty on Sunbrella® canvas.
4 years – VCP MAX windscreen mesh, #420 knotless pylon netting and other netting lines; fabrics are warranted pro-rata for 3–4 years against material defects and poor workmanship.
3 years – selected fabric and netting products.
2 years – selected hardware and padding.
1 year – accessories, replacement parts and paint / finish coverage.

Digital printing on windscreen and vinyl products carries the same warranty as the underlying windscreen or vinyl material.

Not covered: improper installation, use other than intended, unauthorized alterations, abuse or misuse, normal wear, and damage from fire, flood, wind, lightning or leaving products outdoors beyond their intended seasonal use.
