The Douglas Surface Mount Pickleball Court Divider System is designed for facilities with existing concrete surfaces, eliminating the need for excavation by bolting directly to the ground via a welded 7 in. x 7 in. baseplate with support gussets. The 3 in. SQ, 11-gauge steel poles stand 4'3" tall and are finished with a black baked-on polyester powder coat for rust resistance and durability. All tension cable hardware, including 1/4 in. cable, clamps, and turnbuckles, is galvanized steel for strength and longevity.

Each divider panel is custom fabricated to the exact court specifications, with a choice of two materials: VCP MAX windscreen mesh, which offers an 85% windbreak and is available in black, dark green, or open tournament blue with the option for custom digital printing; or #420 knotless polypropylene pylon netting, a lightweight 1-1/2 in. square mesh with a 125 lb break strength that allows greater wind flow and is recommended for outdoor use. Both panel types feature a sewn top headband pocket that conceals tension hardware, along with reinforced 1-1/2 in. solid vinyl tape borders and evenly spaced #2 brass grommets for installation.

Optional wraparound pole padding is available for player safety, standing 4 ft high and 17 in. wide to fully wrap the poles. While the system is recommended for panel widths up to 40 feet, custom extended lengths can be accommodated. Both VCP MAX mesh and #420 pylon netting carry a 4-year limited warranty.

4-Year Limited Warranty (VCP MAX mesh and #420 pylon netting)

Douglas Industries, Inc. (Eldridge, Iowa) backs its equipment with the Douglas® Standard Limited Warranty against defects in material and factory workmanship. Coverage length depends on the product line — where a specific period is listed above, that period applies to this model. Douglas warranty periods run as follows:

Limited Lifetime – gooseneck basketball posts with 6' extension.
25 years – gooseneck basketball posts with 4' extension.
10 years – gooseneck posts with 3' extension; pro-rated structural warranty on Bakko and steel/aluminum backboards (1 year on the Imron® finish); selected post and net systems.
7 years – Douglas® MAX batting tunnel frames (with proper installation and normal use).
5 years – standard Douglas® batting tunnel frames, most tennis / volleyball / pickleball post systems and Premier™ posts; 5-year fade warranty on Sunbrella® canvas.
4 years – VCP MAX windscreen mesh, #420 knotless pylon netting and other netting lines; fabrics are warranted pro-rata for 3–4 years against material defects and poor workmanship.
3 years – selected fabric and netting products.
2 years – selected hardware and padding.
1 year – accessories, replacement parts and paint / finish coverage.

Digital printing on windscreen and vinyl products carries the same warranty as the underlying windscreen or vinyl material.

Not covered: improper installation, use other than intended, unauthorized alterations, abuse or misuse, normal wear, and damage from fire, flood, wind, lightning or leaving products outdoors beyond their intended seasonal use.
