In short

The Gared SGWK-STRIKER Wheel Adapter Kit adds 10" rubber wheels to portable Gared Striker soccer goals so they can be rolled instead of dragged across the field. One kit contains four wheels, enough to move a pair of goals, and fits goals with 1-5/8" to 2" backstays. It is not for semi-permanent, permanent or combo soccer/football goals.

Dragging a portable soccer goal chews up turf and wears out the frame. The SGWK-STRIKER Wheel Adapter Kit is designed for use with all Gared Striker soccer goals: 10" wheels fit snugly into the bottom of the upright, so crews can wheel a goal into position and back off the field quickly.

The kit is built from steel and rubber with a white powdercoat finish and fits any soccer goal using 1-5/8" to 2" backstays. It cannot be used on semi-permanent or permanent goals, or on combo soccer/football goals. One kit includes a set of four wheels, the quantity needed to transport one pair of goals.

Gared supplies a combined installation, operator and maintenance manual covering the SGWK, SGWK-STRIKER and SG3WK-STRIKER kits, with a bill of materials to check before assembly. Assembly should be done by trained personnel, and Gared recommends preventative maintenance inspections at least once per year, more often under heavy use. Portable goals must remain properly anchored at all times except when being moved.

Warranty

1-Year Limited Warranty against defects in material or factory workmanship

Gared Holdings LLC warrants its equipment against defects in material or factory workmanship. Coverage length depends on the product line — this model carries the warranty noted above where listed. Gared's warranty periods run as follows:

Lifetime - Endurance playground systems: in-ground post, extension arm and bracing components.
25 years - Standard Duty and Heavy Duty playground posts (braced gooseneck and adjustable straight post structures).
10 years - volleyball uprights on OmniSteel, OmniLite, RallyLine and GoCourt systems, and economy playground posts.
5 years - FGP series football goalposts, manual and electric winches, curtain hoists and the SafStop gymnasium structure.
4 years - 2500 / 2500I Tournament breakaway goals.
3 years - winch assemblies, floor sleeves and cover plates, and regulation volleyball nets.
2 years - portable winch winders and selected backboards.
1 year - nets, padding, base adapters, height adjusters, badminton and tetherball systems, referee stands and accessories.

The warranty period starts on the date of substantial completion (installation). Defects must be reported to Gared in writing during the warranty period with proof of purchase and the purchase or installation date; Gared will repair or replace the defective equipment at its discretion, with shipping, insurance and installation costs borne by the owner.

Not covered: improper installation, use other than intended, unauthorized alterations or modifications, abuse or misuse, and damage from fire, flood, wind or lightning. Liability is limited to repair or replacement of the defective equipment. As an authorized Gared dealer, JoySportStore files warranty claims directly with the manufacturer on your behalf.

Which goals does the SGWK-STRIKER fit?

Yes. Gared's manual states that portable or moveable soccer goals must be properly anchored at all times except while being moved, since they can fall over and cause serious injury.
