The Gared SGRD612SPT is the 6' x 12' model in the Touchline Striker portable round-frame soccer goal line, supplied as a pair. Each goal uses a 4" [102 mm] O.D. round aluminum frame with a 1.66" [42.2 mm] O.D. galvanized and powder coated backstay. It is aimed at schools, clubs and recreation departments that need portable goals which can be repositioned and stored.

The Touchline Striker portable round goals are built around a 4" [102 mm] O.D. round frame with a white powdercoat finish. Per the manufacturer specification drawing, the SGRD612SPT measures 6'-6" [1.98 m] on Dim "A" and 12'-0" [3.66 m] on Dim "B", with a base depth (Dim "C") of 7'-6" [2.29 m] and a top depth (Dim "D") of 3'-1" [0.95 m].

Backstays are 1.66" [42.2 mm] O.D. tubing that is both galvanized and powder coated for outdoor durability, and units are sold in pairs so a full pitch can be equipped in one order.

Because these are portable goals, anchoring is not optional: Gared and the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission require that portable or moveable soccer goals be securely anchored or counterweighted at all times, used only on level fields, and checked for loose hardware before every use. Underground anchors are available as an option at additional cost.

Warranty

Gared Holdings LLC warrants its equipment against defects in material or factory workmanship. Coverage length depends on the product line — this model carries the warranty noted above where listed. Gared's warranty periods run as follows:

Lifetime - Endurance playground systems: in-ground post, extension arm and bracing components.
25 years - Standard Duty and Heavy Duty playground posts (braced gooseneck and adjustable straight post structures).
10 years - volleyball uprights on OmniSteel, OmniLite, RallyLine and GoCourt systems, and economy playground posts.
5 years - FGP series football goalposts, manual and electric winches, curtain hoists and the SafStop gymnasium structure.
4 years - 2500 / 2500I Tournament breakaway goals.
3 years - winch assemblies, floor sleeves and cover plates, and regulation volleyball nets.
2 years - portable winch winders and selected backboards.
1 year - nets, padding, base adapters, height adjusters, badminton and tetherball systems, referee stands and accessories.

The warranty period starts on the date of substantial completion (installation). Defects must be reported to Gared in writing during the warranty period with proof of purchase and the purchase or installation date; Gared will repair or replace the defective equipment at its discretion, with shipping, insurance and installation costs borne by the owner.

Not covered: improper installation, use other than intended, unauthorized alterations or modifications, abuse or misuse, and damage from fire, flood, wind or lightning. Liability is limited to repair or replacement of the defective equipment. As an authorized Gared dealer, JoySportStore files warranty claims directly with the manufacturer on your behalf.
