The First Team Astro Complete - SBS is a competition volleyball system designed for side-by-side court setups, with an overall system weight of 190 lbs. The uprights consist of an external 3 ½” outside diameter, ¼” wall 6063 T-6 aluminum tube and a 3” outside diameter 6061-T6 aluminum telescoping inner pole. These poles are fitted with non-marking footpads to prevent floor damage. Each standard is padded to a minimum height of 72” with 1 ½” thick high-density foam covered with vinyl, available in customer’s choice of 12 school colors. The system includes an additional winch standard, center post pad, net, antennas, and side tape tensioners to complete the “side-by-side” court.

The nets are one meter high, constructed from black polypropylene 3.5mm knotless woven webbing, featuring a Kevlar top rope and polypropylene bottom rope. The top, bottom, and sides of each net are finished with white tarpaulin fabric with double stitched hemmed edges. Net height is infinitely variable from 78” to 96”, adjustable via a single threaded release knob per standard. Net tensioning is achieved through a 26:1 ratio worm gear winch for the top rope, a ratcheting style tensioner for the bottom rope, and no less than two ratchet style rope tensioners per end for the side tapes. For player safety, top and bottom ropes are covered with at least ½” thick foam padding with white vinyl cover. Upright standards carry a Lifetime Limited Warranty, while all other components have a 2-Year Limited Warranty. The entire system meets or exceeds all NCAA, USVBA, NFHS and FIVB requirements for competition.

Lifetime Limited Warranty

Every First Team product is backed by First Team's warranty program. This model carries the warranty noted above. Here is what First Team's warranty tiers cover:

Limited Warranty - covers damage during normal, intended use. Excludes vandalism and deliberate damage. Normal wear from weathering or UV exposure is not covered; all painted items carry a 1-year limited warranty on coating.
Superior Warranty - additionally covers any damage or failure caused by basketball activity or contact with the unit, including deliberate hanging on the rim. Vandalism excluded.
Unconditional Warranty - the broadest tier: covers any damage or failure that occurs for any reason.
Manufacturer's Defect - all products are warranted against manufacturer's defects at delivery.

Warranties apply to the original purchaser only and are non-transferable; coverage ends on resale or transfer. Residential-only products are not covered for non-residential use.
