The First Team Horizon Complete - ST is a portable volleyball system engineered for elite competition play, suitable for all competition floor types including maple, molded tile, and synthetic. Designed for single-person setup, it features a self-contained base unit with 700# of factory-loaded steel ballast, providing stability for at least 250# of net tension without movement. The low-profile base does not exceed 13" above the playing surface, and the entire system is finished with a grey hammertone polyester powder coat.
The system utilizes a telescoping integral post design, ensuring no pole portion protrudes above the net. It includes a 3 1/2" steel outer tube and a 3" OD 6061-T6 aluminum inner pole. Net height is infinitely variable from 78" to 98" with spring-assisted knobs, and key Men's, Women's, and Junior's settings are marked. The 1-meter high net is made of 3.5mm knotless woven polypropylene with a Kevlar top rope and comprehensive tensioning mechanisms. Player safety is prioritized with foam padding on ropes and extensive padding (minimum 72" high) on the base and uprights, available in 16 colors.
This -ST version specifically includes a STURDISTAND-MD judges stand, constructed from 2" square aluminum tube with an anti-slip tread plate platform, which folds flat and rolls on 3" non-marking wheels. The main Horizon Complete system weighs 2500 lbs, with the judges stand adding approximately 60 lbs. It rolls on multiple non-marking wheels for transport and features an anti-skid footpad for playing position.
