The First Team PortaCourt Stellar Complete recreational volleyball system is built with durable uprights consisting of an external 3 ½” outside diameter, ¼” wall 6063-T6 aluminum powder coated tube, fitted with non-marking footpads and capped tops. The uprights are padded to a minimum height of 72” with 1 ½” thick high-density foam and vinyl covers available in 12 school colors. Net height is infinitely variable from 36” to 96”, adjusted by a single threaded release knob per net corner with clear height labels.
The system's one-meter high net is constructed from black polypropylene 3.5mm knotless woven webbing, featuring a Kevlar top rope and polypropylene bottom rope. Its top, bottom, and sides are finished with white tarpaulin fabric with double stitched hemmed edges. Net tensioning is managed by a 26:1 worm gear winch with a 4” steel pulley for the top rope, and ratcheting style tensioners for the bottom rope and side tapes, which also have internal dowels. Player safety is enhanced with no less than ½” thick foam padding with a white vinyl cover between the standards and net.
Supporting the system are chrome painted stainless steel floor plates with hinged lids and welded steel powder coated black floor sockets. The Stellar Complete system, weighing 170 lbs., also includes official boundary antennas and is certified to meet or exceed all NCAA, USVBA, NFHS, and FIVB requirements for competition.
