The First Team Frontier Express is a competition volleyball system designed to meet NCAA, USVBA, NFHS, and FIVB requirements. It features upright standards with an external 3 1/2" steel tube and a 3" aluminum inner pole, offering infinitely variable net heights from 78" to 96". The system includes a 1 meter high black polypropylene net with a Kevlar top rope and safety padding.

Net tensioning is managed by a 26:1 ratio worm gear winch for the top rope, a ratcheting style tensioner for the bottom rope, and side tape tensioners with internal dowels. For player safety, top and bottom ropes are covered with 1/2" thick foam padding, and standards are padded to a minimum 72" height with 1 1/2" thick high-density foam in customer's choice of 12 colors. The system weighs 200 lbs and comes with official boundary antennas.

Mobility is provided by non-marking roller wheels at the bottom of the outer tube. The upright standards carry a Lifetime Limited Warranty, while all other components are covered by a 2-Year Limited Warranty.

Lifetime Limited Warranty

Every First Team product is backed by First Team's warranty program. This model carries the warranty noted above. Here is what First Team's warranty tiers cover:

Limited Warranty - covers damage during normal, intended use. Excludes vandalism and deliberate damage. Normal wear from weathering or UV exposure is not covered; all painted items carry a 1-year limited warranty on coating.
Superior Warranty - additionally covers any damage or failure caused by basketball activity or contact with the unit, including deliberate hanging on the rim. Vandalism excluded.
Unconditional Warranty - the broadest tier: covers any damage or failure that occurs for any reason.
Manufacturer's Defect - all products are warranted against manufacturer's defects at delivery.

Warranties apply to the original purchaser only and are non-transferable; coverage ends on resale or transfer. Residential-only products are not covered for non-residential use.
