The First Team QuickSet-PM is a permanent recreational volleyball system with uprights constructed of 2"x2"x11 ga. steel tubing designed for cementing directly into the ground. An upper height adjustable post section slides up and down inside the lower upright section, allowing net height adjustments from 7' 11 5/8" (men's volleyball) down to 72" for juniors using a removable pin. The lower upright section is powdercoated black while the upper telescoping section is galvanized silver.
The net is one meter high, made of black polypropylene 3.5mm knotless woven webbing, with a Kevlar top rope and polypropylene bottom rope. The top rope rests in the groove of a 4" diameter steel pulley at the top of the winch standard for ease of tensioning. The top, bottom, and sides of the net are finished with white tarpaulin fabric with double stitched hemmed edges, and the net is tensioned using a high tension rope ratchet on top and a ratcheting style tensioner on the bottom.
Each standard is padded to a minimum height of 72" with 1 1/2" thick high-density foam covered with vinyl, available in a customer's choice of 12 school colors. Upright standards carry a Lifetime Limited Warranty, while all other components carry a 2-Year Limited Warranty. The entire QuickSet-PM system weighs 100 lbs.
