The Sand Stellar Basic Recreational Volleyball System features 3 Ā½" x Ā¼" wall aluminum uprights with powdercoated finish for weather protection. Height adjustment is achieved through two adjustable clamps per upright with simple-turn adjustment knobs, allowing infinitely variable net height from 7' 11 5/8" (men's volleyball) down to 36" with settings clearly marked on the tube.
The net is constructed of black polypropylene 3.5mm knotless woven webbing, one meter in height, with a Kevlar top rope and polypropylene bottom rope. Both edges are finished with white tarpaulin fabric featuring double stitched hemmed edges. The top rope tensions via a high tension worm gear driven crank with non-removeable handle, while the bottom rope uses a ratcheting style tensioner.
The system includes FT5035 ground sleeves for sand courts that protrude 34" below sand level and 2" above, recommended for situations requiring periodic post removal.
