In short

The Gared RALLYLINE Model 6105 is a one-court scholastic telescopic volleyball system built around 3-1/2" O.D. aluminum uprights with a 2-7/8" telescoping upper tube and a self-locking worm gear winch. It is supplied with the competition net, net antennas and tape, and one-piece 72" upright pads, and adjusts infinitely from 6' to 8'-7" to cover every men's and women's age-group net height. This version ships less floor sleeves and cover plates, which are ordered separately.

The 6105 pairs an upright post and a winch post to set up a single competition court. The lower posts are 3-1/2" O.D. lightweight high-strength aluminum with a 2-7/8" telescoping adjustable tube and gray anodized finish. Uprights are the removable type, designed for use with below-floor sleeves or above-floor T-bases, and each is fitted with an adjustable high-impact rubber foot that protects finished floors while allowing precise final net height adjustment.

Net tension is handled by a heavy-duty, self-locking worm gear winch working with a high-tensile nylon strap. The included net measures 32' x 39" with 4" square black nylon mesh rated at 250 lbs tensile strength and a 5/8" fiberglass dowel; it floats freely on a 5/32" diameter 7 x 19 steel cable rated for 2000 lbs minimum breaking strength so it can be centered quickly on the court lines. The net perimeter uses a 2-1/2" wide double-stitched vinyl coated polyester hem.

Safety padding is a single 72" piece of 1-1/2" cross-linked polyethylene closed-cell foam covered in 14-ounce nylon reinforced vinyl and attached with Velcro straps, available in fourteen standard colors. Net antennas are 3/8" diameter fiberglass rods 72" long with alternating red and white bands, carried in the full-length pocket of the 2-1/2" white vinyl net tape. The system meets grade school, middle school, YMCA, club, USVBA, NFHS and NCAA requirements for competitive play.

Warranty

10 Years on Uprights / 3 Years on Winch Assembly

Gared Holdings LLC warrants its equipment against defects in material or factory workmanship. Coverage length depends on the product line — this model carries the warranty noted above where listed. Gared's warranty periods run as follows:

Lifetime - Endurance playground systems: in-ground post, extension arm and bracing components.
25 years - Standard Duty and Heavy Duty playground posts (braced gooseneck and adjustable straight post structures).
10 years - volleyball uprights on OmniSteel, OmniLite, RallyLine and GoCourt systems, and economy playground posts.
5 years - FGP series football goalposts, manual and electric winches, curtain hoists and the SafStop gymnasium structure.
4 years - 2500 / 2500I Tournament breakaway goals.
3 years - winch assemblies, floor sleeves and cover plates, and regulation volleyball nets.
2 years - portable winch winders and selected backboards.
1 year - nets, padding, base adapters, height adjusters, badminton and tetherball systems, referee stands and accessories.

The warranty period starts on the date of substantial completion (installation). Defects must be reported to Gared in writing during the warranty period with proof of purchase and the purchase or installation date; Gared will repair or replace the defective equipment at its discretion, with shipping, insurance and installation costs borne by the owner.

Not covered: improper installation, use other than intended, unauthorized alterations or modifications, abuse or misuse, and damage from fire, flood, wind or lightning. Liability is limited to repair or replacement of the defective equipment. As an authorized Gared dealer, JoySportStore files warranty claims directly with the manufacturer on your behalf.
