The Gared 6002 RALLYLINE is a two-court scholastic volleyball system with 3-1/2" O.D. padded aluminum uprights - one winch post, one center winch post and one end post - set in 3-1/2" floor sleeves with cover plates. The RALLYLINE 6002 is Gared's two-court scholastic multi-sport standard, built for gyms and field houses that run volleyball, badminton, pickleball and tennis on the same floor. The system ships with three posts - one winch post, one center winch post and one end post - so two adjacent courts can be netted from a single center upright.

Uprights are 3-1/2" O.D. lightweight high strength aluminum in a gray anodized finish. They are removable, working with below-floor sleeves or above-floor T-bases, and each carries an adjustable high impact rubber foot that protects finished floors and allows precise net height fine-tuning. Net height adjusts infinitely for men's, women's, tennis and badminton heights via sliding collars integrated into the upright, tensioned by a heavy duty self-locking worm gear winch with a high tensile nylon strap. The 3-1/2" floor sleeves and cover plates minimize floor damage and provide stability.

The competition net measures 32' long by 39" wide with 4" square black nylon mesh rated at 250-lbs tensile strength, a 1" wood dowel, a double-stitched 2" vinyl coated polyester hem and a free-floating 5/32" 7 x 19 steel cable with a 2,000-lbs minimum breaking strength for quick centering. Antennas are 3/8" fiberglass rods 72" long with alternating red and white bands. Upright safety pads are single-piece 72" units of 1-1/2" cross-linked polyethylene closed cell foam covered in 14-ounce nylon reinforced vinyl, available in a range of standard colors including white, red, royal blue, navy blue, black and maroon. The system meets grade school, middle school, YMCA, club, USVBA, NFHS and NCAA requirements for competitive play.

Warranty

10-Year Uprights / 3-Year Winch, Floor Sleeves & Cover Plates Limited Warranty

Gared Holdings LLC warrants its equipment against defects in material or factory workmanship. Coverage length depends on the product line — this model carries the warranty noted above where listed. Gared's warranty periods run as follows:

Lifetime - Endurance playground systems: in-ground post, extension arm and bracing components.
25 years - Standard Duty and Heavy Duty playground posts (braced gooseneck and adjustable straight post structures).
10 years - volleyball uprights on OmniSteel, OmniLite, RallyLine and GoCourt systems, and economy playground posts.
5 years - FGP series football goalposts, manual and electric winches, curtain hoists and the SafStop gymnasium structure.
4 years - 2500 / 2500I Tournament breakaway goals.
3 years - winch assemblies, floor sleeves and cover plates, and regulation volleyball nets.
2 years - portable winch winders and selected backboards.
1 year - nets, padding, base adapters, height adjusters, badminton and tetherball systems, referee stands and accessories.

The warranty period starts on the date of substantial completion (installation). Defects must be reported to Gared in writing during the warranty period with proof of purchase and the purchase or installation date; Gared will repair or replace the defective equipment at its discretion, with shipping, insurance and installation costs borne by the owner.

Not covered: improper installation, use other than intended, unauthorized alterations or modifications, abuse or misuse, and damage from fire, flood, wind or lightning. Liability is limited to repair or replacement of the defective equipment. As an authorized Gared dealer, JoySportStore files warranty claims directly with the manufacturer on your behalf.
