The First Team Force Pro In Ground Adjustable Basketball Goal features a vertical pole constructed of 5" square steel tubing with a 3/16" wall thickness and a black powdercoat finish. It includes a 3/8" thick baseplate and 4 support gussets, welded at the bottom for anchoring system installation. The main extension arm is made of dual 1 ½" x 3" (11 ga.) tubing, providing a minimum 48" extension from the front of the post to the backboard face. Rim height can be adjusted infinitely from 10' down to 6½' using a crank cylinder with a minimum 2000# capacity, located no higher than 3 ½' from ground level. This adjustment system includes an optional locking device, a spring loaded backup safety device, and an easy-to-read height adjustment label.

The backboard is constructed from 3/8" thick tempered glass with bright white fire impregnated ceramic screening, encased in a clear anodized aluminum "F" type extrusion framework. Its overall size is approximately 60" wide and 36" high. The rim is a flexible, institutional quality design with an official 5/8" diameter ring and a standard 18" I.D. opening, finished with an orange powder coating. A heavy-duty nylon net is provided. The pole design permits the rim to be mounted directly to the extension arm through the backboard, reducing stress on the backboard when a player hangs on the rim. The entire system has an approximate weight of 365#.

Lifetime Superior Warranty (pole, backboard, and standard rim)

Every First Team product is backed by First Team's warranty program. This model carries the warranty noted above. Here is what First Team's warranty tiers cover:

Limited Warranty - covers damage during normal, intended use. Excludes vandalism and deliberate damage. Normal wear from weathering or UV exposure is not covered; all painted items carry a 1-year limited warranty on coating.
Superior Warranty - additionally covers any damage or failure caused by basketball activity or contact with the unit, including deliberate hanging on the rim. Vandalism excluded.
Unconditional Warranty - the broadest tier: covers any damage or failure that occurs for any reason.
Manufacturer's Defect - all products are warranted against manufacturer's defects at delivery.

Warranties apply to the original purchaser only and are non-transferable; coverage ends on resale or transfer. Residential-only products are not covered for non-residential use.
