The First Team Vector Select is an in-ground adjustable basketball goal featuring a one-piece 4" square vertical pole designed to be buried 36" in concrete. The First Team Vector Select In Ground Adjustable Basketball Goal features a robust design, starting with a one-piece 4" square vertical pole that has a minimum 11 gauge wall thickness and is designed for a 36" concrete burial. It includes a watertight vinyl cap to protect against moisture. The adjustable extension arms are constructed from dual 2" x 2" tubing, allowing for a minimum 32" extension from the front of the post to the backboard face.

Height adjustment is facilitated by a front-mounted crank system with a removable handle and a cylinder with a minimum 2000# capacity, offering infinite adjustability from 10' down to 7'. Two springs are integrated into the extension assembly to ease height changes. The rim mounts directly to the extension arm through the backboard, reducing stress.

The backboard is made of 1/2" thick acrylic with bright white screening, supported by clear anodized aluminum "L" type extrusions, and measures approximately 60" wide by 36" high. The rim is a flexible, institutional quality 5/8" diameter ring with an 18" I.D. opening and an orange powder coated finish, provided with a heavy-duty nylon net. The entire system has an approximate weight of 215# and comes with a Lifetime Limited Warranty covering the pole, backboard, and standard rim.

Lifetime Limited Warranty

Every First Team product is backed by First Team's warranty program. This model carries the warranty noted above. Here is what First Team's warranty tiers cover:

Limited Warranty - covers damage during normal, intended use. Excludes vandalism and deliberate damage. Normal wear from weathering or UV exposure is not covered; all painted items carry a 1-year limited warranty on coating.
Superior Warranty - additionally covers any damage or failure caused by basketball activity or contact with the unit, including deliberate hanging on the rim. Vandalism excluded.
Unconditional Warranty - the broadest tier: covers any damage or failure that occurs for any reason.
Manufacturer's Defect - all products are warranted against manufacturer's defects at delivery.

Warranties apply to the original purchaser only and are non-transferable; coverage ends on resale or transfer. Residential-only products are not covered for non-residential use.
