Should any covered defect arise, Bownet is committed to supplying necessary parts at no charge, with only a small shipping fee applied. In instances where specific parts are unavailable, we will provide a like product to keep you training without interruption. As an added benefit, this warranty allows for the purchase of one replacement bag within the first twelve months at a significant discount. Please note, this extended coverage is designed for manufacturer defects and does not apply to damage resulting from abuse or improper use of the frame. Always refer to the CA Prop65 label before purchase for important safety information.
