Douglas Digital Windscreen Printing lets facilities customize their Sport Screens with team logos, mascots, sponsor advertisements, or lettering, printed directly onto premium vinyl coated polyester (VCP) windscreen fabric in standard or custom colors.

The printing process uses quality long-lasting UV resistant inks that become part of the material rather than sitting on top like vinyl decals, so the graphics resist cracking, peeling, and tearing over time. Screens typically retain the same color on the backside, though full flood prints may result in a white backside depending on the design.

Douglas fabricates the printed windscreens with 3-ply hems for durability, and the customer service team assists with design consultation, artwork proofs, and file preparation throughout the ordering process. The digital printing is covered by the same pro rated warranty as the underlying windscreen fabric, valid for 3-4 years against material defects and poor workmanship.

Warranty

Pro rated basis against material defects and poor workmanship for a period of 3-4 years

Douglas Industries, Inc. (Eldridge, Iowa) backs its equipment with the Douglas® Standard Limited Warranty against defects in material and factory workmanship. Coverage length depends on the product line — where a specific period is listed above, that period applies to this model. Douglas warranty periods run as follows:

Limited Lifetime – gooseneck basketball posts with 6' extension.
25 years – gooseneck basketball posts with 4' extension.
10 years – gooseneck posts with 3' extension; pro-rated structural warranty on Bakko and steel/aluminum backboards (1 year on the Imron® finish); selected post and net systems.
7 years – Douglas® MAX batting tunnel frames (with proper installation and normal use).
5 years – standard Douglas® batting tunnel frames, most tennis / volleyball / pickleball post systems and Premier™ posts; 5-year fade warranty on Sunbrella® canvas.
4 years – VCP MAX windscreen mesh, #420 knotless pylon netting and other netting lines; fabrics are warranted pro-rata for 3–4 years against material defects and poor workmanship.
3 years – selected fabric and netting products.
2 years – selected hardware and padding.
1 year – accessories, replacement parts and paint / finish coverage.

Digital printing on windscreen and vinyl products carries the same warranty as the underlying windscreen or vinyl material.

Not covered: improper installation, use other than intended, unauthorized alterations, abuse or misuse, normal wear, and damage from fire, flood, wind, lightning or leaving products outdoors beyond their intended seasonal use.
