The Douglas VCP Max Windscreen is a custom-made vinyl coated polyester fabric designed for fences, bleachers, and privacy enclosures at sports facilities. With an 85% windbreak rating, it allows more airflow than closed mesh screens while still providing better visual blockage than open mesh options, making it a versatile choice for fields and courts exposed to wind.

Construction includes Douglas's signature 3-ply extra-strong hems with solid vinyl inserts, double sewn to 1-1/2 inches wide, and #2 brass grommets spaced every 12 inches on the sides and every 18 inches along the top and bottom. Panels taller than 6 ft include a center reinforcement tab sewn with 18 oz. black vinyl for anti-billowing support, and optional air vents (AVR or AV style) are recommended for taller screens or high-wind installations.

Screens are available in standard 6 ft and 9 ft heights, with custom heights and lengths made to order up to a recommended 60 ft maximum per panel. The material supports vibrant full color digital printing directly onto the fabric using UV inks, allowing for custom branding and graphics. 4-Year limited

Douglas Industries, Inc. (Eldridge, Iowa) backs its equipment with the Douglas® Standard Limited Warranty against defects in material and factory workmanship. Coverage length depends on the product line — where a specific period is listed above, that period applies to this model. Douglas warranty periods run as follows:

Limited Lifetime – gooseneck basketball posts with 6' extension.
25 years – gooseneck basketball posts with 4' extension.
10 years – gooseneck posts with 3' extension; pro-rated structural warranty on Bakko and steel/aluminum backboards (1 year on the Imron® finish); selected post and net systems.
7 years – Douglas® MAX batting tunnel frames (with proper installation and normal use).
5 years – standard Douglas® batting tunnel frames, most tennis / volleyball / pickleball post systems and Premier™ posts; 5-year fade warranty on Sunbrella® canvas.
4 years – VCP MAX windscreen mesh, #420 knotless pylon netting and other netting lines; fabrics are warranted pro-rata for 3–4 years against material defects and poor workmanship.
3 years – selected fabric and netting products.
2 years – selected hardware and padding.
1 year – accessories, replacement parts and paint / finish coverage.

Digital printing on windscreen and vinyl products carries the same warranty as the underlying windscreen or vinyl material.

Not covered: improper installation, use other than intended, unauthorized alterations, abuse or misuse, normal wear, and damage from fire, flood, wind, lightning or leaving products outdoors beyond their intended seasonal use.
