The Extended Warranty for the Elite Big Mouth Net doubles the standard manufacturer coverage by adding one additional year against defects. Bownet will supply replacement parts for any manufacturer defect, and if parts are unavailable, a comparable product will be provided instead.

As part of the extended coverage, customers can purchase one bag within the first 12 months at half off the standard MAP pricing online. Parts covered under this warranty are provided at no charge aside from a small shipping fee.

This extended warranty applies only to nets and goals, and does not cover damage to frames resulting from abuse or improper use of the product.

Warranty

Extended Warranty adds an additional 1 (one) year manufacturer warranty on defects, on top of the standard coverage.

Bownet Sports warrants brand-new products purchased from Bownet or an authorized dealer within the USA against manufacturing defects, with replacement shipping to the United States only. Coverage runs as follows:

1 year – Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty on nets, frames and training products; covers manufacturing defects only.
1 year – Commander Series bags (manufacturing defects on Commander bags only).
6 months – carrying bags and roller bags.
+1 year Extended Warranty – optional, must be purchased together with the product; available for sports nets and goals only, and does not cover frame damage caused by abuse or improper use.

Bownet supplies replacement parts for all manufacturing defects; if a part is no longer available, a like product of the same SKU as on the original receipt is provided. Damaged or missing parts should be replaced promptly to keep the product covered.

Not covered: normal wear and tear, abuse, accident damage or damage from dragging the product; equipment left set up unattended, overnight or for extended periods in inclement weather; nets used for a sport other than the one they were designed for; and commercial use — Bownet nets are engineered to be portable, not for commercial installations. Discontinued Shadow bags are excluded. As an authorized Bownet dealer, JoySportStore helps you file warranty claims directly with the manufacturer.
