The Dominator Basketball Court Light pole is constructed from 6061 T6 aluminum, the same alloy used in watercraft, aircraft, and automotive applications. The square pole has 4-inch wide sides with a wall thickness of 0.187 inches, and features a slip-fitting aluminum top tenon measuring 2 3/8 inches in outside diameter and 4 inches in length.

Installation is supported by a welded base hinge that allows the pole to be raised and lowered easily, aided by aluminum's lightweight properties. The pole includes four J-shaped, fully galvanized anchor bolts along with galvanized hardware (3 hex nuts, 1 lock washer, 2 flat washers) and a steel anchor bolt template; anchor bolts can also be pre-shipped for a nominal surcharge.

A handhole is positioned 36 inches above ground, complete with a cover and two stainless steel bolts, and is recommended for housing a switch to control the light. The assembly is offered with 150 Watt Wired or 100 Watt Solar fixture types, in counts of 1, 2, or 3, and in Brushed Aluminum, Black Powder Coat, or Clear color options.
