The Rally Master Backboard is a professional tennis (and multi-sport) training wall built from solid-core, dense UV-stabilized plastic panels, 10 feet high and 3/4-inch thick. Color is molded into each green panel along with a built-in white net line, and custom colors or engraving are available. Panels are manufactured in 10 ft x 4 ft sections, with a minimum purchase size of 10' x 12' and standard widths of 12', 16', and 20' — total length must be divisible by four feet.

Patent-pending polyethylene sound dampeners and a special mounting method reduce noise and vibration, making ball impact quieter than dribbling a basketball on asphalt. Panels attach to four horizontal mounting brackets made from 12-gauge galvanized steel, connected to vertical posts with stainless steel hardware, while the bottom panel support is powder-coated aluminum for corrosion resistance.

Rally Master backboards are available in Flat (Vertical) or 8-degree Back-sloped configurations. Vertical models extend only 4 to 6 inches inside the court fence and are best for stroke work, while the back-sloped version returns the ball with a slight loft for more preparation time. They typically mount on tennis courts with round pipe fitting standard fence post diameters of 2-1/2, 3, or 4 inches with a maximum 10-foot post spacing, though free-standing or block-wall installation is also possible; back-sloped models use aluminum columns. 20-Year warranty on backboard

Douglas Industries, Inc. (Eldridge, Iowa) backs its equipment with the Douglas® Standard Limited Warranty against defects in material and factory workmanship. Coverage length depends on the product line — where a specific period is listed above, that period applies to this model. Douglas warranty periods run as follows:

Limited Lifetime – gooseneck basketball posts with 6' extension.
25 years – gooseneck basketball posts with 4' extension.
10 years – gooseneck posts with 3' extension; pro-rated structural warranty on Bakko and steel/aluminum backboards (1 year on the Imron® finish); selected post and net systems.
7 years – Douglas® MAX batting tunnel frames (with proper installation and normal use).
5 years – standard Douglas® batting tunnel frames, most tennis / volleyball / pickleball post systems and Premier™ posts; 5-year fade warranty on Sunbrella® canvas.
4 years – VCP MAX windscreen mesh, #420 knotless pylon netting and other netting lines; fabrics are warranted pro-rata for 3–4 years against material defects and poor workmanship.
3 years – selected fabric and netting products.
2 years – selected hardware and padding.
1 year – accessories, replacement parts and paint / finish coverage.

Digital printing on windscreen and vinyl products carries the same warranty as the underlying windscreen or vinyl material.

Not covered: improper installation, use other than intended, unauthorized alterations, abuse or misuse, normal wear, and damage from fire, flood, wind, lightning or leaving products outdoors beyond their intended seasonal use.
