The First Team Force Endura In Ground Adjustable Basketball Goal features a 5" square steel vertical pole with a 3/16" wall thickness and a black powdercoat finish. The pole is installed via an anchoring system, supported by a 3/8" thick baseplate and 4 support gussets. Its main extension arm is constructed of dual 1 1/2" x 3" (11 ga.) tubing, providing a minimum 48" extension from the front of the post to the face of the backboard at any playing height.

Rim height is infinitely adjustable from 10' down to 5' using a crank cylinder with a minimum 2000# capacity, located no higher than 3 1/2' from ground level. This adjustment mechanism includes an optional locking device to control unwanted adjustment and a spring loaded backup safety device to minimize adjustment effort. An easy-to-read height adjustment label is included. The backboard is 36"x 60" rectangular aluminum with a 10 gauge aluminum pan skin, a white powdercoat finish, and an official orange shooters square.

The standard rim is fabricated from 3/16" backplates and sideplates, fully welded, and is double 5/8" diameter high strength steel, welded together at a minimum of six places. The entire rim is powdercoated orange. Nets attach via a continuous netlocking system of 3/16"x 1" steel with punched slots for nylon or chain nets, and a nylon net is included. The pole design allows the rim to mount directly to the extension arm through the backboard to reduce stress. The entire system weighs approximately 360#, and the pole, backboard, and standard rim carry a Lifetime Superior Warranty.

Lifetime Superior Warranty (pole, backboard, and standard rim)

Every First Team product is backed by First Team's warranty program. This model carries the warranty noted above. Here is what First Team's warranty tiers cover:

Limited Warranty - covers damage during normal, intended use. Excludes vandalism and deliberate damage. Normal wear from weathering or UV exposure is not covered; all painted items carry a 1-year limited warranty on coating.
Superior Warranty - additionally covers any damage or failure caused by basketball activity or contact with the unit, including deliberate hanging on the rim. Vandalism excluded.
Unconditional Warranty - the broadest tier: covers any damage or failure that occurs for any reason.
Manufacturer's Defect - all products are warranted against manufacturer's defects at delivery.

Warranties apply to the original purchaser only and are non-transferable; coverage ends on resale or transfer. Residential-only products are not covered for non-residential use.
