The FT23 Block-Aid sits inside any standard size basketball hoop to prevent the ball from going through the hoop. When a shot reaches the Block-Aid, it is deflected at unpredictable angles, simulating a missed shot, forcing players to react quickly just like they would in a real game.
Installation is quick and easy with no tools or ladders required: simply insert a pole or broom handle into the hole on the side of the Block-Aid, then lift and set it into the rim. To remove, insert the pole or broom handle into the hole underneath the trainer to lift and drop it out of the rim. It is molded from lightweight urethane and designed to be gym-safe, so it won't damage hardwood floors or injure players if it falls.
