The First Team Force Select In Ground Adjustable Basketball Goal features a robust construction with a 5" square steel vertical pole finished with a black powdercoat, and a 1/2" thick acrylic backboard. The backboard measures approximately 60" wide and 36" high, framed by clear anodized aluminum "L" type extrusions. Its main extension arm is made of dual 1 ½" x 3" (11 ga.) tubing, allowing for a minimum 48" extension from the front of the post to the backboard face.

The goal offers infinite height adjustment from 10' down to 6½' using a crank cylinder with a minimum 2000# capacity, positioned no higher than 3 ½' from ground level. This mechanism includes an optional locking device and a spring-loaded backup safety device for ease of use. The institutional quality rim is a flexible type, with an official 5/8" diameter ring and a standard 18" I.D. opening, finished in orange powder coat, and comes with a heavy-duty nylon net.

The pole, backboard, and standard rim components of this system are covered by a Lifetime Superior Warranty. The entire basketball goal system has an approximate weight of 315#. This product is made in the USA.

Lifetime Superior Warranty (pole, backboard, and standard rim)

Every First Team product is backed by First Team's warranty program. This model carries the warranty noted above. Here is what First Team's warranty tiers cover:

Limited Warranty - covers damage during normal, intended use. Excludes vandalism and deliberate damage. Normal wear from weathering or UV exposure is not covered; all painted items carry a 1-year limited warranty on coating.
Superior Warranty - additionally covers any damage or failure caused by basketball activity or contact with the unit, including deliberate hanging on the rim. Vandalism excluded.
Unconditional Warranty - the broadest tier: covers any damage or failure that occurs for any reason.
Manufacturer's Defect - all products are warranted against manufacturer's defects at delivery.

Warranties apply to the original purchaser only and are non-transferable; coverage ends on resale or transfer. Residential-only products are not covered for non-residential use.
