The First Team SuperMount01 Victory Wall Mount Basketball Goal features a robust construction designed for durability and performance. Its wall mount structure is 100% fully welded from 2" square steel tubing, finished with a black powder coat paint, and designed to position the backboard approximately 12 inches off the wall. It attaches to three 2"x 8" Dense Southern Yellow Pine wallboards, which are routed and sealed, and supported by two turnbuckles. Mounting brackets are ¼" thick and all hardware is grade 5 zinc plated.

The system includes a ½" thick tempered glass backboard with an official white shooter's square and border. This backboard is framed with aluminum extrusion using corner brackets for standard 36"x62" short board corner mounting and meets all NCAA and National Federation of State High School Associations standards. It is pre-drilled for First Team Model FT72C TuffGuard Backboard Padding. The goal mounting pattern is 5"x4", and at the rim mounting location, glass is sandwiched between two cushioned steel plates, with top rim mounting bolts passing through tubular steel bushings and lower studs pre-mounted into a steel faceplate.

The goal features a 5/8" diameter steel ring with an official 18" inside diameter and continuous wire netlock attachment. Its breakaway mechanism is a positive lock design, factory preset, with an automatic return provided by a single return spring and two hardened steel balls in a tubular assembly for proper pressure release, ensuring player safety by eliminating pinch points. All backplate components are 3/16" thick steel, and the rim support brace is ¼" x 1 ½" steel, providing continuous support around 50% of the ring. All goal components are finished with an official orange powder coat, and a white nylon net is provided. The entire system carries a Lifetime Limited Warranty and has a shipping weight of approximately 400#.

Lifetime Limited Warranty

Every First Team product is backed by First Team's warranty program. This model carries the warranty noted above. Here is what First Team's warranty tiers cover:

Limited Warranty - covers damage during normal, intended use. Excludes vandalism and deliberate damage. Normal wear from weathering or UV exposure is not covered; all painted items carry a 1-year limited warranty on coating.
Superior Warranty - additionally covers any damage or failure caused by basketball activity or contact with the unit, including deliberate hanging on the rim. Vandalism excluded.
Unconditional Warranty - the broadest tier: covers any damage or failure that occurs for any reason.
Manufacturer's Defect - all products are warranted against manufacturer's defects at delivery.

Warranties apply to the original purchaser only and are non-transferable; coverage ends on resale or transfer. Residential-only products are not covered for non-residential use.
