The First Team Titan Impervia In Ground Adjustable Basketball Goal is built with a durable 6” square steel vertical pole, featuring a 3/16” wall thickness and black powdercoat finish. The adjustable extension arm is constructed of dual 2” x 4” (11 ga.) tubing, providing a minimum 48” extension from the front of the post to the backboard face. Installation is designed via an anchoring system, with a 3/8” thick baseplate and four support gussets welded at the pole's bottom.

Height adjustment is infinite, ranging from 10’ down to 5 1/2’, managed by a crank cylinder with a minimum 11,000# capacity, positioned no higher than 4’ from ground level. This mechanism includes an optional locking device, a spring-loaded backup safety device, and an easy-to-read height adjustment label. The rim mounting design allows the rim to attach directly to the extension arm through the backboard, reducing stress.

The backboard is a 42”x 60” rectangular aluminum design with a 10 gauge aluminum skin and ¼” thick vertical struts, finished with a white powdercoat and an official orange shooters square. The standard rim is fabricated from 3/16” backplates and sideplates, double 5/8” diameter high strength steel welded at a minimum of six places, and is entirely powdercoated orange. Nets attach via a continuous netlocking system of 3/16”x 1” steel with punched slots, and a nylon net is included. The entire system weighs approximately 345#, and the pole, backboard, and standard rim are covered by a Lifetime Superior Warranty.

Every First Team product is backed by First Team's warranty program. This model carries the warranty noted above. Here is what First Team's warranty tiers cover:

Limited Warranty - covers damage during normal, intended use. Excludes vandalism and deliberate damage. Normal wear from weathering or UV exposure is not covered; all painted items carry a 1-year limited warranty on coating.
Superior Warranty - additionally covers any damage or failure caused by basketball activity or contact with the unit, including deliberate hanging on the rim. Vandalism excluded.
Unconditional Warranty - the broadest tier: covers any damage or failure that occurs for any reason.
Manufacturer's Defect - all products are warranted against manufacturer's defects at delivery.

Warranties apply to the original purchaser only and are non-transferable; coverage ends on resale or transfer. Residential-only products are not covered for non-residential use.
