The First Team Tyrant Dynasty Basketball System features a 42”x 72” rectangular fiberglass backboard that is 1 5/8” thick, supported by a 6 5/8” O.D. Schedule 40 galvanized steel pole buried 48” in the ground. The system includes a double 5/8” diameter high strength steel rim that mounts directly through the backboard, and the entire system weighs approximately 545#. It comes with a Lifetime Unconditional Warranty covering the pole, backboard, and standard rim.

The First Team Tyrant Dynasty Basketball System features a vertical pole constructed of 6 5/8” O.D. Schedule 40 galvanized tubing, designed for a 48” ground bury. It provides a 72” setback from the pole to the backboard. The backboard attachment is telescoping, allowing for an extension up to 78”, and is supported by two 1” round tubular braces connecting to the pole. The rim mounts directly through the backboard into the horizontal extension, a design intended to eliminate backboard stress during play.

The system includes a 42”x 72” rectangular fiberglass backboard that is 1 5/8” thick. Its construction features front and back fiberglass composite laminates with a solid inner core of high density pressed wood, marked on the front with a gel-coated 2” orange border and an official orange shooters square. The standard rim is made from 3/16” backplates and sideplates, double 5/8” diameter high strength steel welded in at least six places, and is powdercoated orange. A continuous netlocking system of 3/16”x 1” steel is included for attaching nets, and a nylon net is provided, compatible with chain nets.

The entire basketball system weighs approximately 545#. The pole, backboard, and standard rim are covered by a Lifetime Unconditional Warranty.

Lifetime Unconditional Warranty

Every First Team product is backed by First Team's warranty program. This model carries the warranty noted above. Here is what First Team's warranty tiers cover:

Limited Warranty - covers damage during normal, intended use. Excludes vandalism and deliberate damage. Normal wear from weathering or UV exposure is not covered; all painted items carry a 1-year limited warranty on coating.
Superior Warranty - additionally covers any damage or failure caused by basketball activity or contact with the unit, including deliberate hanging on the rim. Vandalism excluded.
Unconditional Warranty - the broadest tier: covers any damage or failure that occurs for any reason.
Manufacturer's Defect - all products are warranted against manufacturer's defects at delivery.

Warranties apply to the original purchaser only and are non-transferable; coverage ends on resale or transfer. Residential-only products are not covered for non-residential use.
