The P2300-9120ST is the long-extension version of Gared's stationary wall mount package, intended for gyms where the playing surface sits well away from the mounting wall. Four-point wall mounts incorporate a traditional four-point attachment design, and the telescopic arms let the installer set the backboard anywhere from 9' to 12' out from the wall.

Framing is 2-1/8" O.D. and 1-7/8" O.D. steel tubing with a powdercoat finish. As a stationary unit, the backboard remains fixed in the playing position at the standard 10' [3.05 m] rim height once installed. For units over 12' [3.66 m] F.O.B., Gared directs installers to the installation instructions supplied with the product.

The package is complete: telescopic wall mount, 1245T fan-shaped marked steel backboard and 1000 flex breakaway rim. Product images may show the 1245B backboard. Country of origin is United States / China; the unit ships by truck under shipping class 70 at 337 lbs / 152.86 kg in a 24" x 48" carton.

Warranty

Gared Holdings LLC warrants its equipment against defects in material or factory workmanship. Coverage length depends on the product line — this model carries the warranty noted above where listed. Gared's warranty periods run as follows:

Lifetime - Endurance playground systems: in-ground post, extension arm and bracing components.
25 years - Standard Duty and Heavy Duty playground posts (braced gooseneck and adjustable straight post structures).
10 years - volleyball uprights on OmniSteel, OmniLite, RallyLine and GoCourt systems, and economy playground posts.
5 years - FGP series football goalposts, manual and electric winches, curtain hoists and the SafStop gymnasium structure.
4 years - 2500 / 2500I Tournament breakaway goals.
3 years - winch assemblies, floor sleeves and cover plates, and regulation volleyball nets.
2 years - portable winch winders and selected backboards.
1 year - nets, padding, base adapters, height adjusters, badminton and tetherball systems, referee stands and accessories.

The warranty period starts on the date of substantial completion (installation). Defects must be reported to Gared in writing during the warranty period with proof of purchase and the purchase or installation date; Gared will repair or replace the defective equipment at its discretion, with shipping, insurance and installation costs borne by the owner.

Not covered: improper installation, use other than intended, unauthorized alterations or modifications, abuse or misuse, and damage from fire, flood, wind or lightning. Liability is limited to repair or replacement of the defective equipment. As an authorized Gared dealer, JoySportStore files warranty claims directly with the manufacturer on your behalf.
