JUGS Cricket Machine Practice Balls

JUGS Sports guarantees that JUGS® products are well made, of good materials and workmanship. If a guaranteed part fails because of defective material or workmanship, JUGS will repair or replace that part free of charge F.O.B. its factory in Tualatin, Oregon. Coverage length depends on the product line — where a specific period is listed above, that period applies to this model:

• 5 years – JUGS Black Protector™ Series screen frames.
• 2 years – MVP, BP®1 Baseball / Softball / Combo, BP®2, BP®3, SP3™, Changeup, Football, Field General, Cricket, Combination and Soccer pitching machines; Lite-Flite® Machine; Protector™ Series Black protective screen netting; Protector Series Blue screen frames; #96 batting cage netting.
• 1 year – PS50™, Lacrosse, Small-Ball® and Toss® machines; all JUGS batting tees; all JUGS Carousel automatic ball feeders; The JUGS Gun™; Complete Practice Battery Pack; Yamaha® EF2200iS generator; #42 and #60 batting cage netting; Protector™ Series Blue and Standard protective screens; Pearl® baseballs, Leatherlast™ softballs and Sting-Free® dimpled and seamed balls.
• 30 days – all JUGS products not listed above.

Commercial use (batting cages, training facilities, rental) automatically shortens coverage: 1 year on the pitching machines and automatic feeders, 90 days on the Lite-Flite® Machine, PS50™, Lacrosse and Small-Ball® machines, Toss® Machine, batting tees, Protector™ Series Black screens and the Complete Practice Battery Pack. Control panels on BP®3 and Changeup machines carry a 6-month guarantee in commercial use, and products not listed have no commercial warranty. Replacement parts outside the original warranty are guaranteed 1 year (90 days in commercial use).

Not covered: damage caused by snow, ice or other acts of God. On request the buyer returns the allegedly defective part to the JUGS factory with transportation prepaid. As an authorized JUGS Sports dealer, JoySportStore files warranty claims directly with the manufacturer on your behalf.
