In short

The Jaypro FP-100 is a floating wood floor anchor with a 1-1/4 in. cylinder, designed for gym floors where the wood floor moves independently of the slab. Its billet steel body provides 9,000 lbs of pullout strength, and the brass cover plate and anchor work independently so the anchor stays fixed while the floating floor moves. It accepts T-style or round floor anchoring bases used by volleyball and similar court equipment.

Floating wood gym floors expand, contract, and shift relative to the concrete slab beneath them. The FP-100 is built for exactly that condition: the brass cover plate and the anchor body work independently, so movement in the flooring does not load or misalign the anchor itself.

The anchor body is machined from billet steel and rated at 9,000 lbs pullout strength. The knurled outer surface increases grip in the hydraulic cement or non-shrink grout used to set it, and the adjustable extension bolt lets the installer dial the anchor to the floor build-up on site.

Serviceability is a key feature. The threaded 1/2 in. - 13 hub is interchangeable and can be replaced if it is ever stripped or degrades, using service parts FP895, FP896 and FP897, instead of cutting the whole anchor out of the floor. The FP-100 is intended for equipment with T-style or round floor anchoring bases and carries a 3-year limited warranty.

3-Year Limited Warranty

Jaypro Sports (Waterford, Connecticut) warrants its equipment against defects in material and workmanship from the date of shipment. Coverage length depends on the product line — where a specific period is listed above, that period applies to this model. Jaypro warranty periods run as follows:

Limited Lifetime – glass basketball backboards (GBAFR-48, GBRUB-42, GBRUB-54) against breaks and cracks in the glass when used with a direct goal mount.
25 years – structure of wall-mounted basketball backstops and Shooting Station systems.
10 years – uprights on FeatherLite, PowerLite and Hybrid Steel volleyball net systems.
7 years – Collegiate competition basketball goals (GBA-542 "Shot", GBA-642 "Revolution").
5 years – Revolution Series 180° flex basketball goals.
3 years – the majority of the catalog: fixed and breakaway basketball goals, aluminum backboards, lacrosse and field hockey goals, floor sleeves, sleeve reducers and floor anchors, referee stands and equipment carriers.
1 year – bases, home plates and pitching rubbers, volleyball nets and net accessories (antennas, boundary tape, court lines), batting cage systems and general accessories.

The warranty covers factory defects under normal, intended use. Jaypro will repair, replace or refund the defective item at its discretion; claims require a Return Authorization (RMA) before any item is sent back.

Not covered: normal wear, weather exposure, cosmetic damage that does not affect function, improper installation, use other than intended, and any unauthorized alteration or modification of the original factory configuration. As an authorized Jaypro Sports dealer, JoySportStore files warranty claims directly with the manufacturer on your behalf.
