In short

The Jaypro FPS-30P is a 50" semi-permanent ground sleeve for a professional foul pole, sized to accept a 5" SCH40 pole with a 5 9/16" outside diameter (Jaypro BBFP-30). It sets in a concrete footing over crush stone with a rebar basket supplied by others, and anti-rotation hardware keeps the pole from turning in the sleeve. The zinc prime finish protects the sleeve where it is buried.

This ground sleeve is the buried half of a professional foul pole installation. At 50" long it is set in concrete to ground level, with a crush stone or concrete footing beneath and a rebar basket provided by the installer, giving the depth and mass needed to hold a full-height foul pole steady.

The bore fits a 5" SCH40 pole with a 5 9/16" outside diameter, matching Jaypro's BBFP-30 foul pole. Anti-rotation hardware at the top of the sleeve locks the pole against turning, so the pole's panels stay oriented to the field over time.

Because it is a sleeve rather than a direct-bury pole, the foul pole can be lifted out for maintenance, repainting or off-season storage while the footing stays in place. Jaypro notes that the footing dimensions on the drawing are suggested for average soil conditions - local building codes should be consulted before excavation.

Warranty

Jaypro Sports (Waterford, Connecticut) warrants its equipment against defects in material and workmanship from the date of shipment. Coverage length depends on the product line — where a specific period is listed above, that period applies to this model. Jaypro warranty periods run as follows:

Limited Lifetime – glass basketball backboards (GBAFR-48, GBRUB-42, GBRUB-54) against breaks and cracks in the glass when used with a direct goal mount.
25 years – structure of wall-mounted basketball backstops and Shooting Station systems.
10 years – uprights on FeatherLite, PowerLite and Hybrid Steel volleyball net systems.
7 years – Collegiate competition basketball goals (GBA-542 "Shot", GBA-642 "Revolution").
5 years – Revolution Series 180° flex basketball goals.
3 years – the majority of the catalog: fixed and breakaway basketball goals, aluminum backboards, lacrosse and field hockey goals, floor sleeves, sleeve reducers and floor anchors, referee stands and equipment carriers.
1 year – bases, home plates and pitching rubbers, volleyball nets and net accessories (antennas, boundary tape, court lines), batting cage systems and general accessories.

The warranty covers factory defects under normal, intended use. Jaypro will repair, replace or refund the defective item at its discretion; claims require a Return Authorization (RMA) before any item is sent back.

Not covered: normal wear, weather exposure, cosmetic damage that does not affect function, improper installation, use other than intended, and any unauthorized alteration or modification of the original factory configuration. As an authorized Jaypro Sports dealer, JoySportStore files warranty claims directly with the manufacturer on your behalf.
