In short

The Jaypro DPB50 is a 5 ft. portable courtside bench with a double plank seat. It uses 10" wide anodized aluminum non-skid seat planks on 2" square rust-resistant steel legs, so it can stay outdoors on athletic fields, in parks and at sports complexes. Because it is portable, it can be moved courtside or fieldside as needed.

Jaypro Player Benches are built around rust-resistant aluminum seating and heavy-duty steel legs, a combination intended to survive years of outdoor use at fields, parks and sports complexes. The Courtside Bench is the compact portable member of that family.

This model is the double plank version, which gives a wider seating surface than the single plank option. The planks are anodized aluminum with a non-skid surface, and the legs are square heavy-duty rust resistant steel.

The bench is supplied in the portable configuration, so it can be repositioned along a sideline or court without permanent anchoring. A powder coat option is available if you want to specify a plank color.

Warranty

Jaypro Sports (Waterford, Connecticut) warrants its equipment against defects in material and workmanship from the date of shipment. Coverage length depends on the product line — where a specific period is listed above, that period applies to this model. Jaypro warranty periods run as follows:

Limited Lifetime – glass basketball backboards (GBAFR-48, GBRUB-42, GBRUB-54) against breaks and cracks in the glass when used with a direct goal mount.
25 years – structure of wall-mounted basketball backstops and Shooting Station systems.
10 years – uprights on FeatherLite, PowerLite and Hybrid Steel volleyball net systems.
7 years – Collegiate competition basketball goals (GBA-542 "Shot", GBA-642 "Revolution").
5 years – Revolution Series 180° flex basketball goals.
3 years – the majority of the catalog: fixed and breakaway basketball goals, aluminum backboards, lacrosse and field hockey goals, floor sleeves, sleeve reducers and floor anchors, referee stands and equipment carriers.
1 year – bases, home plates and pitching rubbers, volleyball nets and net accessories (antennas, boundary tape, court lines), batting cage systems and general accessories.

The warranty covers factory defects under normal, intended use. Jaypro will repair, replace or refund the defective item at its discretion; claims require a Return Authorization (RMA) before any item is sent back.

Not covered: normal wear, weather exposure, cosmetic damage that does not affect function, improper installation, use other than intended, and any unauthorized alteration or modification of the original factory configuration. As an authorized Jaypro Sports dealer, JoySportStore files warranty claims directly with the manufacturer on your behalf.

What is the difference between the single and double plank courtside bench?

Courtside benches are offered with single or double plank options; the double plank version provides a wider seating surface. This model is the double plank configuration.

Does the bench need to be anchored?

This is the portable version, so it is not anchored. Jaypro's Player Bench line is also offered in In-Ground and Surface Mount installations.

Can the bench be ordered in a team color?

Yes. A powder coat option is available where you specify the plank color, with a gray understructure supplied as standard.
