The Douglas PN-30 Pickleball Net is built with a reduced 31-inch height, custom-sized for a 21'9" length to allow pickleballs to roll underneath the net rather than getting caught, matching official pickleball net dimensions.

The netting is constructed from 1-3/4 in. square mesh braided solid core polyethylene at 3.0mm thickness, rated for 285 lb break strength, offering durability and weather resistance. The headband is a 65 oz (20 oz./sq. yd.) 2-ply vinyl coated polyester construction, lock-sewn with four rows of #32 white polyester thread, and reinforced with a vinyl coated 5/32 in. galvanized steel cable rated at 2300 lb break strength.

Side and bottom tapes are polyester based to resist shrinking, mildew, and rot, and are double lock-stitched with black polyester thread. The net includes 1/2 in. fiberglass side dowels and lacing cord, and is backed by a 4 Year Limited warranty.

4 Year Limited

Douglas Industries, Inc. (Eldridge, Iowa) backs its equipment with the Douglas® Standard Limited Warranty against defects in material and factory workmanship. Coverage length depends on the product line — where a specific period is listed above, that period applies to this model. Douglas warranty periods run as follows:

Limited Lifetime – gooseneck basketball posts with 6' extension.
25 years – gooseneck basketball posts with 4' extension.
10 years – gooseneck posts with 3' extension; pro-rated structural warranty on Bakko and steel/aluminum backboards (1 year on the Imron® finish); selected post and net systems.
7 years – Douglas® MAX batting tunnel frames (with proper installation and normal use).
5 years – standard Douglas® batting tunnel frames, most tennis / volleyball / pickleball post systems and Premier™ posts; 5-year fade warranty on Sunbrella® canvas.
4 years – VCP MAX windscreen mesh, #420 knotless pylon netting and other netting lines; fabrics are warranted pro-rata for 3–4 years against material defects and poor workmanship.
3 years – selected fabric and netting products.
2 years – selected hardware and padding.
1 year – accessories, replacement parts and paint / finish coverage.

Digital printing on windscreen and vinyl products carries the same warranty as the underlying windscreen or vinyl material.

Not covered: improper installation, use other than intended, unauthorized alterations, abuse or misuse, normal wear, and damage from fire, flood, wind, lightning or leaving products outdoors beyond their intended seasonal use.
