The Blast Basic Recreational Volleyball System features uprights constructed of 4”x4”x 11 ga. steel tubing, powdercoated black, with two height adjustable clamps per upright allowing quick adjustment from 7’ 11 5/8” (men’s volleyball) down to 36” (tennis) with a simple turn of the adjustment knobs.
The net is one meter high, made of black polypropylene 3.5mm knotless woven webbing with a Kevlar top rope and polypropylene bottom rope. The top rope rests in a groove of a 4” diameter steel pulley at the top of the winch standard for tensioning, while the top, bottom and sides are finished with white tarpaulin fabric with double stitched hemmed edges. The top is tensioned by a high tension rope ratchet, and the bottom rope by a ratcheting style tensioner.
Upright standards carry a Lifetime Limited Warranty, while all other components carry a 2-Year Limited Warranty. The entire system meets or exceeds NCAA, USVBA, NFHS and FIVB requirements for competition, and the complete Blast Basic system weighs 200 lbs.
