The 3" Thick Hard Rock Maple Butcher Block Plank for 20' Cradle is a made-to-order butcher block plank from Hudson Shuffleboards. You build it to order in 3 option groups — stains, cushion, scoreboard, custom logo and installation.

Hudson Shuffleboards is now offering their top of the line planks. Constructed of select kiln-dried Hard Rock Maple and made in-house right here in the USA, these 3" thick x 20" wide planks are the best playing tables on the market. Each plank is constructed using finger joints as opposed to the inferior butt-style joints you will find on other planks. In addition, Hudson Shuffleboards is the only company that pours the epoxy finish with the climatic adjusters attached to the table in the proper locations. This ensures the table will not only be leveled length-wise, but also side-to side. The edges of the epoxy are finished to a true 90 degree edge which allows weights to "hang" off the rail. All of our planks are sealed with a custom blend that locks the moisture content into the plank providing years of consistent play.

Shipping & Returns

Made to order. Hudson Shuffleboards builds every table by hand in the USA after your order is placed. The manufacturer states a production time of 3-4 weeks for standard configurations; custom finishes and upgrades can add to that. Once the table ships, transit typically takes another 3-10 business days depending on carrier and destination.

Tables ship by LTL freight with curbside delivery. Unloading and setup are not included unless you add professional installation as an option on this page — otherwise plan for help at delivery. Freight cost depends on the length of the table and your address; if it is not shown at checkout we will confirm it with you before the order is released.

Cancellations and returns. Because each table is built to your chosen stains and options, a change or cancellation is only possible before production starts — email info@joysportstore.com as soon as possible. Damage in transit must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to us within 48 hours so we can file a freight claim. Our general policy is here.
