The First Team Galaxy Express - SBS is a competition volleyball system specifically configured for side-by-side courts. Its uprights consist of an external 3 1/2" outside diameter black carbon fiber tube and a 3" outside diameter 6061-T6 aluminum telescoping inner pole, designed with a pin and machined slot to eliminate rotation and separation. The net height is infinitely variable from a minimum of 78" to 96", easily adjusted with a single threaded release knob per standard. Uprights are fitted with non-marking footpads, with non-winch standards weighing approximately 30 lbs. and winch end standards approximately 35 lbs.

Each system includes two one-meter high nets, constructed from black polypropylene 3.5mm knotless woven webbing, featuring a Kevlar top rope and a polypropylene bottom rope. The top rope is tensioned by a 26:1 ratio worm gear winch, winding a 2" wide nylon webbing strap over a 4" diameter steel pulley, while the bottom rope uses a ratcheting style tensioner. Net sides are tensioned by no less than two ratchet style rope tensioners per end, per net. For player safety, top and bottom ropes are covered with no less than 1/2" thick foam padding with a white vinyl cover, and standards are padded to a minimum height of 72" with 1 1/2" thick high-density foam covered in vinyl, including a center post pad.

The Galaxy Express - SBS system specifically features two winch standards, two nets, two sets of official boundary antennas, and additional side tape tensioners to complete the side-by-side court setup. The entire system weighs 170 lbs. It carries a Lifetime Limited Warranty for upright standards and a 2-Year Limited Warranty for all other components, meeting or exceeding all NCAA, USVBA, NFHS, and FIVB requirements for competition.

Lifetime Limited Warranty

Every First Team product is backed by First Team's warranty program. This model carries the warranty noted above. Here is what First Team's warranty tiers cover:

Limited Warranty - covers damage during normal, intended use. Excludes vandalism and deliberate damage. Normal wear from weathering or UV exposure is not covered; all painted items carry a 1-year limited warranty on coating.
Superior Warranty - additionally covers any damage or failure caused by basketball activity or contact with the unit, including deliberate hanging on the rim. Vandalism excluded.
Unconditional Warranty - the broadest tier: covers any damage or failure that occurs for any reason.
Manufacturer's Defect - all products are warranted against manufacturer's defects at delivery.

Warranties apply to the original purchaser only and are non-transferable; coverage ends on resale or transfer. Residential-only products are not covered for non-residential use.
