The Jaypro PVBC-300 is a collegiate-level center upright package for a two-court volleyball setup, supplied with one telescoping hybrid upright, a tensioning winch, a Flex Net, a center adapter kit and upright padding. The two-piece upright drops into a 3 in. I.D. floor sleeve and offers 16 net height settings from 6 ft. 6 in. to 8 ft. 2 in. It is built for schools and colleges that need an NFHS, NCAA and USVBA compliant center post between two adjacent courts.

The center package pairs a steel lower section with an aluminum upper section: the lower tube is 3 in. O.D. with a 0.219 in. wall and a molded composite foot that protects the finished floor during transport, storage and installation, while the upper telescoping section is a 2-1/2 in. O.D. aluminum tube carrying a 4 in. pulley wheel for the net tensioning straps. Net height is set with an attached positive locking stop pin.

Tensioning is handled by an enclosed worm-gear winch with a 10:1 turn ratio that eliminates snap-back. It is mounted on the outside of the post for player safety and uses a 1-1/2 in. wide nylon strap rated at 7700 lb. instead of a steel cable. The patented Flex Net replaces cables with woven nylon top and bottom bands, with the headband attaching directly to the extension cord for net tension.

The center adapter kit supplies an aluminum insert with a top cap, two eyebolts and two eye nuts so nets can be connected on both sides of the upright. Upright padding of 2 in. virgin polyurethane foam in a 14 oz. polyester reinforced vinyl cover wraps the post to a full 72 in. height and is offered in thirteen colors. Optional floor sleeves, sleeve inserts, antennae, referee stands and standard carriers are available to complete the installation.

Warranty

Jaypro Sports (Waterford, Connecticut) warrants its equipment against defects in material and workmanship from the date of shipment. Coverage length depends on the product line — where a specific period is listed above, that period applies to this model. Jaypro warranty periods run as follows:

Limited Lifetime – glass basketball backboards (GBAFR-48, GBRUB-42, GBRUB-54) against breaks and cracks in the glass when used with a direct goal mount.
25 years – structure of wall-mounted basketball backstops and Shooting Station systems.
10 years – uprights on FeatherLite, PowerLite and Hybrid Steel volleyball net systems.
7 years – Collegiate competition basketball goals (GBA-542 "Shot", GBA-642 "Revolution").
5 years – Revolution Series 180° flex basketball goals.
3 years – the majority of the catalog: fixed and breakaway basketball goals, aluminum backboards, lacrosse and field hockey goals, floor sleeves, sleeve reducers and floor anchors, referee stands and equipment carriers.
1 year – bases, home plates and pitching rubbers, volleyball nets and net accessories (antennas, boundary tape, court lines), batting cage systems and general accessories.

The warranty covers factory defects under normal, intended use. Jaypro will repair, replace or refund the defective item at its discretion; claims require a Return Authorization (RMA) before any item is sent back.

Not covered: normal wear, weather exposure, cosmetic damage that does not affect function, improper installation, use other than intended, and any unauthorized alteration or modification of the original factory configuration. As an authorized Jaypro Sports dealer, JoySportStore files warranty claims directly with the manufacturer on your behalf.

What floor sleeve does the PVBC-300 center upright require?

The upright is intended to fit snugly into a 3 in. I.D. x 10 in. deep rigid aluminum floor sleeve, such as the Jaypro PVB-70S brass finished or PVB-70S-CP chrome finished sleeve and cover. For an existing 3-1/2 in. I.D. sleeve, the Jaypro PVB-ID sleeve insert adapts it down to 3 in.

What net heights can be set?

The two-piece telescoping upright provides 16 individual net height settings from 6 ft. 6 in. to 8 ft. 2 in., locked in place with an attached positive locking stop pin.

What court spacing does the included Flex Net cover?

The Flex Net is 32 ft. long x 39 in. high with a 32 ft. 6 in. cable-less top binding. It is designed for 36 ft. on-center standards but will accommodate 35 ft. to 37 ft. spacing.
