The Jaypro PowerLite Volleyball System (PVB-7000) is a complete NCAA, NFHS and USVBA compliant net system built around 3.5 in. diameter telescoping aluminum uprights for 3-1/2 in. floor sleeves. It is supplied in full with a pair of uprights and winch, a cable-less Flex Net, adjustable antennas and upright padding. Net height is infinitely adjustable from 6 ft. 6 in. to 8 ft. 2 in.

The PVB-7000 PowerLite Net System consists of two telescoping uprights with one winch, one Flex Net, one set of antennas and one set of upright padding. The uprights are extruded from high tensile strength aluminum tubing with a durable anodized finish and are designed for a snug fit into aluminum floor sleeves, which along with cover plates are ordered separately.

Net height is controlled and secured by an internal bevel gear to external handle design, giving infinitely adjustable settings that cover the official men's and women's heights. Engraved height markings make setup repeatable. A recessed impact resistant polycarbonate pulley wheel in the upper section accommodates the net tensioning straps, and a molded composite foot on the lower section protects finished flooring during transportation, storage and installation.

The included net tensioning winch uses an enclosed worm gear with a high efficiency turn ratio that eliminates snap back, and sits on the lower section of the upright, exterior to the court, for player safety. The cable-less Flex Net is built with knotted nylon square mesh, hardened steel delta rings on the upper straps, solid fiberglass dowels enclosed in safety pockets and a Velcro bottom tensioning strap with covered buckles. Upright padding is foam covered in vinyl coated nylon and available in thirteen colors.

Warranty

Jaypro Sports (Waterford, Connecticut) warrants its equipment against defects in material and workmanship from the date of shipment. Coverage length depends on the product line — where a specific period is listed above, that period applies to this model. Jaypro warranty periods run as follows:

Limited Lifetime – glass basketball backboards (GBAFR-48, GBRUB-42, GBRUB-54) against breaks and cracks in the glass when used with a direct goal mount.
25 years – structure of wall-mounted basketball backstops and Shooting Station systems.
10 years – uprights on FeatherLite, PowerLite and Hybrid Steel volleyball net systems.
7 years – Collegiate competition basketball goals (GBA-542 "Shot", GBA-642 "Revolution").
5 years – Revolution Series 180° flex basketball goals.
3 years – the majority of the catalog: fixed and breakaway basketball goals, aluminum backboards, lacrosse and field hockey goals, floor sleeves, sleeve reducers and floor anchors, referee stands and equipment carriers.
1 year – bases, home plates and pitching rubbers, volleyball nets and net accessories (antennas, boundary tape, court lines), batting cage systems and general accessories.

The warranty covers factory defects under normal, intended use. Jaypro will repair, replace or refund the defective item at its discretion; claims require a Return Authorization (RMA) before any item is sent back.

Not covered: normal wear, weather exposure, cosmetic damage that does not affect function, improper installation, use other than intended, and any unauthorized alteration or modification of the original factory configuration. As an authorized Jaypro Sports dealer, JoySportStore files warranty claims directly with the manufacturer on your behalf.

Floor sleeves are required to install the system and are sold separately with cover plates. The uprights are designed for a snug fit into 3.570 in. ID, 10 in. deep aluminum floor sleeves.

How does the PVB-7000 differ from the PVB-6500?

The PVB-7000 uses PVB-70U uprights sized for 3.570 in. ID floor sleeves, while the PVB-6500 uses PVB-65U uprights for 3.125 in. ID sleeves. Both systems include the same Flex Net, antennas and upright padding.
