In short

The Jaypro Flex Net PVBN-628 is a cable-less volleyball net measuring 28 ft. long by 39 in. high, sized for uprights set 30 ft. to 32 ft. apart. It replaces the traditional top cable with a patented heavy duty woven nylon band that attaches straight to the winch leader strap. It is intended for international, collegiate and high school competition and references NFHS, NCAA and USVBA standards.

The patented Flex Net design removes the cumbersome top and bottom cables found on conventional volleyball nets and replaces them with heavy duty woven nylon bands. The headband connects directly to the winch leader strap, so the tension applied by the winch carries evenly across the top of the net instead of through a steel cable. Hardened steel delta rings at the net ends take the load where the net meets the upright straps.

The net body is bound on all sides with a wide white binding rated for high tensile strength, and the netting itself is knotted nylon in a square mesh. Fully enclosed steel dowels sit in side pockets at each end to keep the net face square and taut, and a Velcro tensioning strap with a metal buckle pulls the bottom of the net tight on each side. Every buckle is hidden under a removable Velcro cover for player safety.

This version is cut for courts where the standards are set closer together than the full 36 ft. on-center spacing. Jaypro also offers matching accessories including custom net tape, single, double and triple net keepers with a storage bag, cable and buckle covers, and boundary tapes.

Warranty

Jaypro Sports (Waterford, Connecticut) warrants its equipment against defects in material and workmanship from the date of shipment. Coverage length depends on the product line — where a specific period is listed above, that period applies to this model. Jaypro warranty periods run as follows:

Limited Lifetime – glass basketball backboards (GBAFR-48, GBRUB-42, GBRUB-54) against breaks and cracks in the glass when used with a direct goal mount.
25 years – structure of wall-mounted basketball backstops and Shooting Station systems.
10 years – uprights on FeatherLite, PowerLite and Hybrid Steel volleyball net systems.
7 years – Collegiate competition basketball goals (GBA-542 "Shot", GBA-642 "Revolution").
5 years – Revolution Series 180° flex basketball goals.
3 years – the majority of the catalog: fixed and breakaway basketball goals, aluminum backboards, lacrosse and field hockey goals, floor sleeves, sleeve reducers and floor anchors, referee stands and equipment carriers.
1 year – bases, home plates and pitching rubbers, volleyball nets and net accessories (antennas, boundary tape, court lines), batting cage systems and general accessories.

The warranty covers factory defects under normal, intended use. Jaypro will repair, replace or refund the defective item at its discretion; claims require a Return Authorization (RMA) before any item is sent back.

Not covered: normal wear, weather exposure, cosmetic damage that does not affect function, improper installation, use other than intended, and any unauthorized alteration or modification of the original factory configuration. As an authorized Jaypro Sports dealer, JoySportStore files warranty claims directly with the manufacturer on your behalf.
