The Douglas® D-Pro™ MAX system is built to withstand intense play, featuring a pressure breakaway goal constructed from robust steel with a CSPC compliant powder-coat finish. It boasts an 18” diameter, 5/8” thick steel rim and a double spring pressure flex breakaway mechanism, attaching securely with a double reinforced steel backplate. Its unique hidden net attachment style hooks maintain a clean look while enduring aggressive dunks. The system’s foundation is a 6” square galvanized steel pole with a 3/16” wall thickness, finished in an attractive black acrylic powder coat for exceptional corrosion resistance. Effortlessly adjust the goal’s height from 5-1/2’ to 10’ using two lift-assist, pre-assembled cylinders, making it accessible for players of all ages. A durable 2” thick fitted pole and base pad are included for maximum player protection and aesthetic appeal.

What is your cancellation policy?

What if my product is damaged?

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, even damage to the box, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If you’re unable to open the package during delivery but suspect damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to info@joysportstore.com  and we will process a replacement or compensation.

How do I know when my order will ship?

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email confirmation credit card authorization and shipping/billing information.

We will immediately process your order and you will receive an email confirming your order has shipped with a tracking number once it leaves the warehouse. 

If an item goes out of stock, you will be notified via email or phone within one business day. We take great measures to ensure all products listed on our website are in stock, but often times items can quickly sell out due to high demand.
