How to request a price match
- Before ordering, call us at +1 (307) 441-9801 or email info@joysportstore.com with a link to the competitor's offer and your delivery ZIP code.
- We verify the offer (usually within one business day).
- Once approved, we send you a personal quote or checkout link at the matched price.
Eligibility
- The product must be identical: same brand, model number, size, color, options and accessories, and new in the manufacturer's original packaging.
- The competitor must be an authorized U.S. dealer of the brand, and the item must be in stock and available to order online for delivery to the same address.
- We compare the total delivered price: item price plus shipping/freight and any required fees. Sales tax is not part of the comparison.
- The request must be made before you order. We cannot adjust the price of orders that have already been placed.
Exclusions
- Marketplace and third-party sellers (e.g. Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, Facebook Marketplace) and auction sites.
- Used, refurbished, open-box, demo, display, clearance or closeout items.
- Bundles, package deals, free-gift or free-item offers, rebates, financing offers, and membership, loyalty or coupon-code prices.
- Limited-time or limited-quantity flash deals, quote-only or bid pricing, and offers that require in-store pickup.
- Pricing or typographical errors, and offers we cannot verify.
Other terms
- A price match cannot be combined with any other discount code or promotion, including WELCOME.
- Some manufacturers set a minimum advertised price (MAP). For these products, the matched price is provided privately in your quote and is not advertised on our website.
- Price-matched orders follow our standard Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, including the restocking fee.
- We may decline any request at our discretion, and we may change or end this program at any time.
