Which Lobster machines work with the 10-function remote?

The 10-function remote control is offered with the Elite Two, Elite Three and the Pickle Two ball machines. It is not used with the Elite Liberty, Elite One or the Grand series, which have their own remote options.

What is the difference between this remote and the Wi-Fi version?

This is the handheld 10-function remote. The 10-function Wi-Fi remote for Apple replaces the handheld unit with a factory-installed Wi-Fi receiver and the free Lobster elite remote control app, so you control the machine from an Apple Watch, iPhone, iPod or iPad instead.

Can I add this remote to a machine I already own?

The remote is matched to the machine at the factory. If you already own an Elite Two, Elite Three or Pickle Two and want to add or change a remote, contact us and we will arrange it with Lobster Sports.

Is this remote covered by a warranty?

Yes. Lobster covers accessories with a 1-year limited warranty, and JoySportStore is an authorized Lobster Sports dealer, so your warranty is valid.
