The Lobster 10-Function Wi-Fi Remote Control (Apple) gives you complete control of your ball machine directly from your personal Apple device. It consists of a factory-installed Wi-Fi receiver plus the free Lobster elite remote control app, which is available for download at the App Store.

With this proprietary system, you can use an Apple Watch, iPhone, iPod, or iPad to control the full operation of your machine. Apple users enjoy the benefit of not needing a separate remote control device to keep track of, and Apple Watch users can conveniently control the machine right from their wrist.

This accessory is compatible only with the elite two, elite three, and the pickle two machines. It can only be purchased together with one of those 10-function compatible machines. Existing owners of an elite two, elite three, or the pickle two who wish to upgrade should contact Lobster Sports.

We offer standard 1-5 business day shipping (following dispatch) via LTL Freight, FedEx, UPS, DHL, or USPS. Orders typically process in 1-2 business days (starting the following business day). Shipping rates are usually calculated at checkout; however, we reserve the right to provide custom shipping quotes for oversized or specialized equipment.

Warranty

1-Year Limited Warranty

Lobster Sports 2-Year Warranty — every machine is assembled and quality-checked at the Lobster Sports manufacturing facility in California. The Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a product bought from an authorized reseller (JoySportStore is one) and identified with a Lobster logo. Products bought from non-authorized resellers are not covered.

Warranty service: the manufacturer's warranty covers parts, labor and one-way shipping for US domestic customers — Lobster pays outbound shipping on warranty repairs and warranty parts, the customer covers inbound shipping to the factory. Warranty is activated by emailing the warranty card to Lobster Sports.

Optional extended warranty can be purchased within 60 days of purchase: +1 year $110 (Elite, Grand, Pickle) / $199 (Phenom), +2 years $165 / $299, +3 years $249 / $399.

Non-warranty repair is available for machines up to 10 years old; labor $95/hour (1-hour minimum), shipping both ways at customer's cost. There is no warranty on tennis balls and all ball sales are final.
