The Lobster 2-Function Remote Control gives you greater command of your training sessions by letting you switch the feed and the sweep of your machine on and off remotely. You can adjust your practice without walking back to the machine, keeping you focused on your court time.

This remote is compatible with the Lobster Elite Liberty, Elite One, Elite Two, Elite Three, Pickle, and Pickle Two machines. Because radio frequency compatibility can vary, please contact a customer service representative to confirm the right match for your machine before ordering.

This accessory is available in a single configuration: the 2-Function Remote Control (SKU EL20) priced at $185.00. If you did not purchase the remote at the same time as your machine, it can be installed by the owner after purchase, or the machine can be shipped to Lobster for a factory authorized upgrade.

We offer standard 1-5 business day shipping (following dispatch) via LTL Freight, FedEx, UPS, DHL, or USPS. Orders typically process in 1-2 business days (starting the following business day). Shipping rates are usually calculated at checkout; however, we reserve the right to provide custom shipping quotes for oversized or specialized equipment.

Warranty

1-Year Limited Warranty

Lobster Sports 2-Year Warranty — every machine is assembled and quality-checked at the Lobster Sports manufacturing facility in California. The Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a product bought from an authorized reseller (JoySportStore is one) and identified with a Lobster logo. Products bought from non-authorized resellers are not covered.

Warranty service: the manufacturer's warranty covers parts, labor and one-way shipping for US domestic customers — Lobster pays outbound shipping on warranty repairs and warranty parts, the customer covers inbound shipping to the factory. Warranty is activated by emailing the warranty card to Lobster Sports.

Optional extended warranty can be purchased within 60 days of purchase: +1 year $110 (Elite, Grand, Pickle) / $199 (Phenom), +2 years $165 / $299, +3 years $249 / $399.

Non-warranty repair is available for machines up to 10 years old; labor $95/hour (1-hour minimum), shipping both ways at customer's cost. There is no warranty on tennis balls and all ball sales are final.
